Puppies and the Bikes

A couple weeks ago, we took our bikes and the puppies out to Turnagain Arm to do the "Bird to Gird" trail.....a beautiful trail that winds along Turnagian Arm that actually starts in Indian and goes all the way to Girdwood, about 23 miles roundtrip. Needless to say, we didn't do all of it since we had the pups with us. But it was great to get them out on a great Alaskan summer day.

So we didnt' think this would work at first, keeping them on a leash along side of us on our bikes. But after a few shakey minutes, they did great. It was awesome to finally go their pace, without us having to kill ourselves at a dead sprint!
